Ihar is a Nui-Matoran and a character in Repicheep - Toa of Irony's Tales of the Nui-Matoran.

Ihar was one of many Matoran kidnapped by the Brotherhood of Makuta for their Nui-Matoran project. After being put through a number of experiments, Ihar emerged as one of roughly twenty surviving Matoran who were brainwashed and sent to be cared for and trained by various Makuta. In the wake of a Nui-Matoran killing his guardian, a message was sent for all the Nui-Matoran to be put to death. However, when Ihar was attacked, his mental restraints were broken, and he managed to use his powers to escape.

Several years later, he became caught in a storm and crashed landed on Xia. While nursing his wounds, he overheard a pair of Vortixx talking about a Matoran who could not be killed. Intregued, he did some eavesdropping and managed to find the Matoran, Pereti. After seeing Pereti heal himself, he revealed himself to the Matoran of Magnetism and helped him escape from prison. After successfully fleeing Xia, the pair turned south, heading for the Northern Continent.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Thanks to the Makuta's experiments, Ihar possesses the power of Rahi-shifting, meaning he can shapeshift in any Rahi he has memory of and use whatever powers his current form possesses. To date, he has been seen as a smoke hawk, a stone rat, a Brakas, a Suukorak, a fader bull, a catapult scorpion, and a phase dragon.

As a Ta-Matoran, Ihar has an innate resistance to high temperatures, but loses it upon changing forms.

Ihar is by far one of the least damaged of the Nui-Matoran. He has proven to be very selfless and fun-loving, but is well aware that he lives a very precarious life.
